One-stage silane crosslinked PE insulating compound
One step silane cross-linked polyethylene insulation compound has a unique formula and technology,without distinction of A material and B material,and without adding any other catalyst and additives(except for variety of masterbatch),making manufacturing operations more conveniently.This material has good processing properties,simply process,convenient operation and excellent performance,with excellent dielectric properties,environmenal stress cracking resistance and heat resistance,but also has good physical and mechanical properties,such as tensile,flexural,anti-vibration,torsional and so on,which are suitable for the low voltage cables up to 1KV as well as the overhead cables and control cables up to 10KV.
